Welcome to The Meditation Podcast, with Jesse and Jeane Stern. This is Episode 15: Wake Up! Use this meditation after sleep to help bring yourself into a state of wakeful awareness. It is a short meditation, designed as a companion to Episode 14, Rejuvenating Sleep. The Wake Up meditation can also be used on its own.
