Episode 32 - Moving Meditation
Meditation is not always about sitting still. Rather, it involves applying awareness to any act. In today's meditation, we draw on ancient practices of moving with the breath, to cultivate the body's natural flow of energy.
Practice this meditation sitting or standing. If you are not experienced in movement meditation, it's best to sit. If possible, have an arm's reach of space around you. If not, it's fine to adapt the movement to whatever space you have available. This meditation can be used daily, ideally first thing in the morning, or in the evening around sunset. If these times are not available, it's fine to do it anytime.
