33 - Healing From Heartbreak
We experience love in various form: the love of family, the love of a partner or spouse, and the love of friendship. These forms of love can be broken in various ways. When we feel hurt or betrayed in love, we may experience a broken heart. We then build a wall around our heart in order to soften the pain, and to protect ourselves from further hurt. However, this prevents us from fully giving and receiving love.
In today's episode, we use meditation to heal our broken hearts. This healing allows us to open our hearts, and reminds us that we are worthy to give and receive love.
